HOORAY! YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED
This will be one of the biggest and most exciting days of your life, so my aim is to make you feel the best you could possibly feel. My expertise within the bridal industry allows me to give you the best bridal-beauty experience possible and leave you with photograph-ready, flawless makeup. My own experience as both a bride and makeup artist has given me an understanding of the importance of feeling and looking your best on your big day, so let us begin...

Here's a break down of what your booking with me entails:

THE TRIAL
The first step is to arrange your bridal trial. I recommend this be booked around 8-10 weeks before the wedding date. This is a completely bespoke experience which takes place in my home studio in Cardiff. During the trial we will work together to agree on a look that you're happy with. Whether it's something glamorous or a more subtle, natural look, it's always a good idea to bring along some images you think may help in creating the makeup you want for your big day. We will discuss your colour scheme, your usual makeup routine, and any other factors that will help to create your desired look. We will combine my expertise and your ideas to perfect the look for your day. Finally, I will write a full product break-down of what we use on the day and will advise you on anything you may need to top up your makeup on the wedding day.

TIME TO THINK
Once we've finished the trial, I'll always advise you to go home and take lots of photos in different lighting and to get the opinion of family and friends. The most important thing is to make sure you are happy and feel comfortable with the makeup. Some brides like to keep the look a secret until the day and others like to get their closest friends' and family's opinion. After a few days, you're welcome to get in touch to officially book me for your big day.

BEFORE THE WEDDING DAY
To ensure everything runs smoothly and you're feeling super relaxed on the day, we will need to finalise a few details I have listed below.

- How many of you will require makeup on the day?
- What time do you all need to be ready by?
- Will you have a clutch bag on the day or will someone else keep your lipstick/powder in their bag?

A useful tip my clients often use is to arrange a schedule for hair and makeup on the day. Deciding the order helps smooth out the process and make things less stressful.

ON THE DAY
I will travel to your location of choice and arrive 30 minutes early to set up my kit and to ensure all makeups are completed on time. If it is an early ceremony with a number of bridesmaids booked in, I will bring along another experienced makeup artist who I work with regularly to help with the makeups. The most important part of the morning is to make sure you can sit back and relax with a glass of bubbles!
